WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY MACADAMIA BITES

- 10 oz. bag The Toasted Oat Macadamia Chunk Soft Granola
- 2 tbsp. raspberry jam
- 4 oz. white baking chocolate bar or 1/2 cup white baking chips
Pour bag of Macadamia Chunk Soft Granola into a bowl. Add raspberry jam and mix together thoroughly with hands.
Place a cooling rack on wax or parchment paper. Scoop out some of the mixture and press in hands to form a ball. Place them on the cooling rack. Make sure you use the same amount of the mixture to keep the balls an even size.
Once all of the mixture has been formed into bite-sized balls, melt the white chocolate in a microwave 30 seconds at a time, or over the stove. Add 1/2 tsp of coconut oil before melting chocolate, if desired.
Pour white chocolate on top of each ball until they are mostly covered. Let cool on rack until chocolate sets & can be transferred to a cooking sheet.
Let cool in refrigerator for about 10 minutes. Serve chilled & store in an airtight container.
