MINI BAKEHOUSE BLUEBERRY COBBLER RECIPE
Just add blueberries! Enjoy this simple dessert for one, made in about 10 minutes in either a mini ramekin or coffee mug.
Our Blueberry Cobbler Soft Granola makes for the perfect soft & chewy cobbler topping. It adds so much flavor you have the option to skip the added sugar.

- 1/4 cup The Toasted Oat Blueberry Cobbler Soft Granola|
- 2/3 to 3/4 cup blueberries [fresh or frozen]
- 2-4 tsp. sugar [optional!]
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Scoop 2/3 to 3/4 cup blueberries into mini ramekin or mug. Adjust amount of blueberries depending on the size of your ramekin. [Thaw frozen blueberries first.]
Add 2-4 tsp. sugar to taste & mix well. You may skip this step if you prefer not to add sugar!
Microwave on high for 2 minutes, or until blueberries are warm. Remove from microwave & stir.
Instead of using the microwave, you can place your ramekin in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
Top with The Toasted Oat Blueberry Cobbler Soft Granola & return to oven for 2-5 minutes, or until granola starts to brown.
