4TH OF JULY BERRY PIE RECIPE
This 4th of July Berry Pie recipe is our spin on a fruit pizza. You’ll find it’s much less messy to eat than fruit pizza because of the crust around the edges. The secret? A tart pan.
Blueberry Cobbler Soft Granola serves as the crust for our pie, & we topped it off with an assortment of fresh berries!

INGREDIENTS
- 10 oz. bag The Toasted Oat Blueberry Cobbler Soft Granola
- 2-3 cups Greek yogurt [dairy-free option]
- 1/4-1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Assorted fruit of choice, for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pour bag of Blueberry Cobbler Soft Granola into round tart pan. We recommend using one with a removable bottom. Press the Soft Granola firmly with your fingers & thumbs around the bottom & edges of the pan to form the crust.
Place the pan in the oven for 7-10 minutes, or until Soft Granola begins to firm & slightly brown.
BAKEHOUSE TIP: For an extra crunchy crust, let crust bake for 12-15 minutes.
While crust is baking, mix together your choice of yogurt & powdered sugar. Prepare the fruit by slicing any large pieces.
Remove crust from oven & let cool slightly. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the crust, spreading it evenly.
Top the pie with assorted fruit… we chose berries for 4th of July! Serve chilled.
