GLUTEN-FREE MINI S’MORES CUPS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup The Toasted Oat Macadamia Chunk Soft Granola
- 12 marshmallows, halved
- Chocolate bar, broken into 6 pieces
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spoon Macadamia Chunk Soft Granola into each cup, dividing evenly. Press granola along bottom & sides of pan with your thumb.
Bake in oven for 3 minutes, or until granola just begins to brown. These few minutes of baking bind the cup together while keeping the soft & chewy texture.
Remove from oven & place halved marshmallows in each cup. Set oven to broil & return pan to oven. Keep oven door ajar and watch marshmallows, pulling the pan out when marshmallows start to expand & brown. [About two minutes.]
Remove from oven & place a piece of chocolate on each marshmallow while warm.
Allow them to cool, then remove them from the pan using a spoon or butter knife. Store in an airtight container in a pantry or cupboard — do not refrigerate.
