Gluten-free oats are mixed with organic honey, sweet cream butter, brown sugar, raw cashews, Madagascar vanilla & a pinch of Saigon cinnamon; baked low and slow, & then tossed with unsulphured organic Turkish apricots. Soft & chewy with the slightly sandy texture of a superior all-butter shortbread, the resulting granola is so rich, flavorful & downright sinful, it’s hard to believe it’s gluten free… but it is!
