SIMPLE GLUTEN-FREE PUMPKIN MUFFIN RECIPE
We know that sometimes, there’s just not enough time in the day, so we came up with a gluten-free pumpkin muffin recipe that only needs five ingredients you probably already have in your pantry.
Gluten-Free Pumpkin Muffins

- 1 box gluten-free yellow cake mix
- 15 oz. pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup The Toasted Oat Macadamia Chunk soft granola
- 1/2 cup cinnamon chips [option to sub 2 tbsp. cinnamon]
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix together ingredients in a medium bowl.
Line muffin baking tray with cupcake liners or grease muffin pan with coconut oil, butter or a nonstick spray. You may also use cupcake liners.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
