GLUTEN-FREE ROSEMARY GOAT CHEESE BAKED PEARS RECIPE
Rosemary Goat Cheese Baked Pears

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup The Toasted Oat Macadamia Chunk Soft Granola
- 2 Anjou pears
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Dash of cinnamon
- Rosemary, chopped
- 1 cup goat cheese
- Honey, for drizzle
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cut pears vertically into 1/4-inch slices.

Melt butter in a small dish & add a dash of cinnamon. Stir with fork. Spread a thin layer on each pear slice, then sprinkle on fresh rosemary.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Add goat cheese & broil for 2 minutes, only until cheese begins to melt. Keep a close eye so it doesn’t burn.

Remove from oven. Top with The Toasted Oat Macadamia Chunk Soft Granola & honey.
