GLUTEN-FREE PUMPKIN FRENCH TOAST RECIPE
Our new pumpkin french toast recipe is coated in pumpkin purée & The Toasted Oat Macadamia Chunk soft granola for an indulgent breakfast best enjoyed on a lazy fall morning.
Pumpkin French Toast

- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk [your choice]
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée⠀
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract⠀
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon⠀
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice⠀
- 6 slices gluten-free bread [your choice]
- 1 bag The Toasted Oat Macadamia Chunk soft granola⠀
- Pure maple syrup to taste
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon & pumpkin pie spice.
Lay parchment-paper on a cutting board or any surface, grab The Toasted Oat Macadamia Chunk soft granola from bag & sprinkle on paper, breaking up any big chunks.
Dunk one slice of bread in egg mixture, then coat both sides with soft granola. Repeat with all slices of bread.
Melt 1 tbsp. butter on skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place bread on skillet & cook each side about 2 minutes, or until the coating sticks & is golden brown.
Serve with pure maple syrup!
