GLUTEN-FREE PROTEIN PANCAKE-STUFFED BAKED CINNAMON APPLES RECIPE

Protein Pancake-Stuffed Baked Cinnamon Apples

- 1 bag FlapJacked Cinnamon Apple Protein Pancake & Baking Mix
- 1/2 cup The Toasted Oat Macadamia Chunk soft granola.
- 4 apples, cored
- 1/3 cup almond milk [option to sub for any milk]
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Core four apples & place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle cinnamon inside apple.
Prepare FlapJacked pancake mix according to directions on package. [Note: Use milk instead of water.] Stir in The Toasted Oat Macadamia Chunk soft granola.
Fill apples to rim with pancake mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from oven & top each apple with more granola. Add a pinch of cinnamon on top & drizzle with melted caramel, if desired.
