GLUTEN-FREE DARK CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BARK RECIPE
Bakehouse Magic Cookie Layer Bars taste just how they sound . . . magical. Our version of these classic bars starts with a base layer of The Toasted Oat Cherry Streusel soft granola.
Though we never get sick of this recipe, you can switch it up by mix & matching different chocolate baking chips, nuts & granola flavors.
Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark

- 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup & 2 tbsp. peanut butter [or nut butter of choice]
- ¼ cup honey
- 1/4 cup The Toasted Oat Macadamia Chunk soft granola
- Dark chocolate baking chips
Mix yogurt, 1/2 cup peanut butter & honey in a bowl.
Pour mixture into a baking pan or on a cutting board lined with parchment paper. Use spoon to spread mixture evenly.
Melt 2 tbsp. peanut butter & drizzle on top. Sprinkle on dark chocolate pieces & The Toasted Oat Macadamia Chunk soft granola.
Freeze for 6 hours to overnight.
Remove from freezer and break into desired pieces.
Serve cold & store in the freezer.
