GLUTEN-FREE COOKIE BUTTER CREAM PIE SANDWICHES
Cookie Butter Cream Pie Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS
- 10 oz. bag The Toasted Oat Macadamia Chunk Soft Granola
- 1/2 cup cookie butter
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract [or 1 vanilla bean,scraped]
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil, for greasing dish
INSTRUCTIONS

Mix The Toasted Oat Macadamia Chunk Soft Granola with the cookie butter until it holds together. Adjust as needed.

Form dough into small 1/2-inch thick discs, or desired size.

Mix or whip cream cheese with powdered sugar & vanilla. Spread mixture onto one cookie & sandwich it with another cookie. Repeat until gone.
