Chunky Monkey Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup The Toasted Oat Macadamia Chunk soft granola
- 3/4 to 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter [or any nut butter]
- 1 tbsp. shredded coconut
- 1/2 banana
- Chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS

In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together with a fork.

Store in refrigerator in a mason jar or airtight container overnight. Enjoy cold the next morning!
