GLUTEN-FREE MAGIC COOKIE LAYER BARS RECIPE
Bakehouse Magic Cookie Layer Bars taste just how they sound . . . magical. Our version of these classic bars starts with a base layer of The Toasted Oat Cherry Streusel soft granola.
Though we never get sick of this recipe, you can switch it up by mix & matching different chocolate baking chips, nuts & granola flavors.

- 10 oz. bag The Toasted Oat Cherry Streusel soft granola
- 14oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 6 oz. dark or milk chocolate chips
- 6 oz. white chocolate chips
- 6 oz. butterscotch chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts [we used pecans]
- 3 oz. flaked coconut
- Coconut oil to grease dish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish with coconut oil, butter or cooking spray.
Pour The Toasted Oat Cherry Streusel soft granola into dish & press down firmly to create an even base layer.
Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the granola layer.
Top with dark & white chocolate baking chips, butterscotch chips & nuts.
Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes, removing from oven halfway through baking to add coconut flakes.
Let cool completely before slicing into squares. Bars can be stored in an airtight container & also taste great refrigerated or frozen.
