GLUTEN-FREE BAKED APPLE PIE DIP
This apple pie dip is just like the real thing, except you don’t have to spend all day in the kitchen. Simply top this dip with The Toasted Oat Cherry Streusel soft granola for a chewy crumble topping.

INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz. light cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp apple pie spice
- 2 cups apples, diced
- 10 oz. The Toasted Oat Cherry Streusel soft granola
INSTRUCTIONS
Grease a 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish with coconut oil, butter or cooking spray & set aside.
Combine cream cheese, apple pie spice & brown sugar in a medium bowl & beat until smooth & creamy.
Dice apples & stir them into the dip.
Spread mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, pour The Toasted Oat Cherry Streusel soft granola evenly on top & return to oven for 8-10 additional minutes. [Baking time totals 18-20 minutes.]
Serve warm with gluten-free graham crackers, sliced apples or gluten-free cinnamon sugar pita chips.
