GLUTEN-FREE FRUIT PIZZA WITH SOFT GRANOLA CRUST RECIPE
Fruit Pizza With Soft Granola Crust

INGREDIENTS
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 to ¼ cups Vanilla skyr or Greek yogurt
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
- Fresh blueberries
- Fresh raspberries
- Fresh blackberries
- 10 oz. The Toasted Oat soft granola [your choice]
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray springform cake pan with nonstick cooking spray, coconut oil or butter. Set aside.

Melt 4 tbsp. butter & add 10 oz bag of The Toasted Oat granola. Stir until combined.

Press mixture into bottom of prepared springform pan. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Remove from oven & allow to cool completely.

Carefully spread yogurt evenly on top of cooled crust. Decorate with your favorite fresh fruit. Enjoy immediately or place in the fridge for up to an hour to cool & set.
