BAKEHOUSE OATMEAL COOKIE CRISPS

- 10 oz. bag desired flavor of The Toasted Oat Soft Granola (Less granola = less cookies & more granola = more cookies!)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Pour desired amount and flavor of The Toasted Oat Soft Granola onto a clean, flat surface (like a cutting board). Press down firmly with hands to form one large piece, about 1/4- 1/2-inches thick.
You can also lay cling wrap on top of the Soft Granola and press down with a rolling pin.
Once the Soft Granola is formed into one piece, use a cookie cutter to make the cookie shape, sliding a spatula underneath to transfer cookie to baking sheet.
Bake in oven for 8-12 minutes, depending on desired texture. For a crispy cookie, the cookies should just start to begin to brown. Use a spatula to transfer to cooling rack.
BAKEHOUSE TIP: For chewy cookies instead of crispy, bake for less time in oven (about 5 minutes)! They may seem too soft, but they will firm up when they cool.
