BAKEHOUSE APPLE CRISP
Bakehouse Apple Crisp

INGREDIENTS
- 10 oz. bag The Toasted Oat Macadamia Chunk Soft Granola
- 6 golden delicious apples
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. juice from lemon
- Coconut oil to grease dish
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Grease 8- by 8-inch baking dish with coconut oil, butter or cooking spray.

Core, peel (optional) & slice apples. In a mixing bowl, add apples, sugar, 3/4 tsp of the cinnamon & lemon juice. Stir to combine, then transfer to prepared baking dish.

Pour one 10-oz. bag of The Toasted Oat Macadamia Chunk Soft Granola evenly onto the apple mixture. Tent dish with foil & bake 30-40 minutes.

Remove foil & continue to bake for 10-20 minutes, until top is golden brown & sides begin to bubble. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
