My love for baking started in my grandmother’s kitchen. I would climb up onto a chair to reach the mixing bowl, and together we’d create some of her favorite recipes. Faced with a Celiac disease diagnosis at age 33, I had to re-create all of my family favorites to be gluten-free. This granola is one of my favorites passed down from my Grandma Margaret.
