MINI BERRY FROYO CUPS RECIPE
Mini Berry Froyo [Frozen Yogurt] Cups are a delicious frozen treat to beat the summer heat. Use a mixture of red & blue berries for Fourth of July, or customize with your favorite fruit toppings.
There’s Many modifications to this recipe… including dairy-free! Simply grab a flavored yogurt, dairy or non-dairy, or use maple syrup or honey to flavor plain yogurt. Any flavor of our Soft Granola tastes amazing with this recipe, but we used Cherry Streusel Soft Granola to stick with the 4th of July theme.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup The Toasted Oat Cherry Streusel Soft Granola
- 1 1/4 Greek yogurt [flavor optional, also option to sub for dairy-free yogurt]
- 1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup [if using plain yogurt]
- 1 handful berry mixture, large pieces sliced in half [blueberries, blackberries, strawberries & raspberries]
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Divide Cherry Streusel Soft Granola into each mini muffin tin. Press granola firmly with thumb to create base layer.
BAKEHOUSE TIP: For easy removal, use mini muffin liners.
Place muffin tray in oven for about 5 minutes, just until Soft Granola begins to firm.
While muffin tin is in the oven, mix yogurt & maple syrup or honey in a small bowl. Slice strawberries & any large berries.
BAKEHOUSE TIP: If using flavored yogurt, skip this step.
Remove tray from oven & top each tin with yogurt mixture, then top with berries.
Cover tray & store in freezer for at least 2 hours to overnight.
Remove from freezer & pop out cups carefully with a spoon. Serve frozen!
